For something special try the Gatehouse Steakhouse in Dolgellau, an independent family run restaurant - 01341 422008

If you like good Indian food, try The Indiana Cuisine - Raj and Noorie are very friendly hosts. Definitely book well in advance for large groups: 01341 250891 and if there are enough of you, they will deliver to Ty Gwyn.

The George III Hotel (The George) is situated on the Mawddach Estuary, so could be incorporated into a nice walk along the Mawddach Trail between Barmouth and Dolgellau. Worth booking for a large group: 01341 422 525.
