Payment process

•  A £500 booking deposit is required
• Balance due 16 weeks before the date booked

Breakage deposit

• £600 refundable breakage deposit required - payable by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival.

House restrictions

• No pets, sorry
• Smoking is not permitted in house or Studio.
• No Stag parties or all male groups.

Arrival & departure

• Check in 2pm - Check out at 11am
